We (Posh Knotz by Jey) DO NOT offer refunds (UNLESS items arrive broken, then you will have 48hrs to report it to us via email) with pictures and/or videos as proof.

All sales are FINAL.

We welcome exchanges but YOU will have to pay for your return label. 

EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 business days of your items being delivered.
